How we got our name. And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that Thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that Thine hand might be with me, and that Thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me!

Jabez Elder Care, Inc. is a small group home care facility that provides a healthy and happy alternative to nursing home care.  With limited capacity, it provides a home environment with personalized care within a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.  Whether it’s long term, short term, day care or Hospice care, our 24 hour facility specializes in quality care.

It is so important that our residents and their families know that they are getting the best future possible while maintaining some independence and this alternative is the next best thing to remaining in their own home.  And with only a few residents, all are still able to maintain important social skills while still getting personalized attention.

All rooms are private with adequate space for comfort.
